"Nothing in our room was working properly"

"The front desk staff was pretty friendly and understanding. First room had food in drawers smelled horrible and the second room had a beer can under bad and the towels had yellow stains. Both rooms phone were not plugged in causing it to be a safe hazardous for me and my son. And the elevator was not working. Although many ppl complaint on elevator the front desk man acted as if he didn’t know the elevator were Brocken. Pool area and fitness area were absolutely dirty. And rooms had no ac. We’re cooking in there at 85 degree. It was a horrible experience I’m not sure if the owner or corporate knows about this but they should go down and take a look. This place reminded me of a place you see in third world countries nothing was working nothing was clean! At least the front desk lady was understanding and refund my money she was definitely concern and should be asked to run place it appears she knows what is going on but can’t do anything about it!"

"STAFF PREVENT ME TO ENTER THE ROOM BEFORE 3 PM WHILE NO ROOM WAS OCCUPIED. WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE, THEY STOP THE BREAKFAST. EVEN THE COFFAE AND TEA, THERE WAS A SHORTAGE AT THE COFFAE ROOM."

"The staff were very nice and kind. But the hall and corridor smelled like marijuana. My room floor was dirty, they don’t even vacuum the place. I found a fake lash beside my bad, and the floor was sticky. The kitchen was ok, but the refrigerator was really old. The bathroom floor was also dirty. I know it was the best price in town, but I wouldn’t come back."

"Over all things were fine however our room had a B.O. odor to it and was out of hand soap and body wash. When we inquired we were told “we’re completely out of body wash”. How is the Hilton clean OUT of body wash?? Also one of our colleagues asked for bedding for the fold out sofa and it took till midnight and 2 inquired for someone to bring them up and we had to be up early to work in the AM"

"The room was what it said it was except for the king size bed was so close to the mini fridge you could not completely open the fridge. The view next door was of the construction of the restaurant that was torn down. Otherwise the hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable. We were sad they no longer provided breakfast."

"I usually stay with a different hotel chain, but this was much cheaper so we booked it. I did not have high expectations. The place was clean, friendly and on par with everyone else. I would stay here again. We used the shuttle to and from the airport and that went flawless. There are jets going over. They are low enough that the pressure wave moves the curtains slighty. . Pretty funky but I did planes so I slept just fine."
