"The property is in an excellent location with the rooms being very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. We were upgraded to a room with a very large king size bed with views over to the sea which was a bonus! Would definitely return in the future."

"Great stay in a deluxe double room! A huge room which had a kitchenette, full sofa, multiple chairs and coffee tables, comfortable beds, a modern stylish bathroom with huge shower and his-and-hers sinks, and a huge balcony (on the corner with a view both over the swimming pool and behind the building towards the mountains). Breakfast was plentiful and varied with lots of great special options (eg lactose-free milk). Staff were super helpful with some specific things we needed. Lovely pool areas."

"Just back from here and easily one of the best hotels in benidorm. me and my missus stayed the the premium suite with the pool few.the rooms are spacious,clean plenty of storage and good amenities. Staff are very welcoming and kind. The best part of the hotel is the adults only rooftop bar and pool and even in the busy season as of July you could go up any time of day and get a sun bed but be aware the bar is expensive for drinks. "I love this hotel. I've stayed there twice now and have enjoyed both times (in June '23 and '26). There wasn't any struggle to get sun loungers, there are plenty of them and lots of room by the pool and on the terrace - sun all day too. It's quiet but in a super convenient location to the strip and the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, kept really clean and the beds are comfy. "Overall had a good stay. Good value for money. Room was spacious and clean but like others mention, the shower can lead to water overspilling into the bathroom. The shower was excellent though. Receptionist had to deal with difficult customer ahead of us on arrival which delayed check in but one of those things and we were given a good room afterwards. Was very loud on our last night as people returning to hotel from nights out but to be expected I suppose, was obviously quieter earlier in week....

"Nice hotel.Well positioned for old town. Food was above average, but the evening meal was just a variation on lunch, could be better. Check in was ok, check out just took too long. As check out is noon and a mix of people are checking in and out at this time makes sense to me to have more than one person in reception at this time but this didn’t happen. 7 or 8 people waiting for one receptionist (who wasn’t in a rush ) is not great. "Nice apartment in the centre of the strip, very well placed providing you are a heavy sleeper like me. The apartment is well equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But as mentioned my room faced The Beachcomber club that does not finish until till 8am some days and plays music at very high volumes. But who goes to Benidorm for peace and quiet or for that matter sleep!"
