Kind and nice staff the breakfast was very nice and the rooms was clean and very big

Rooms were a little small but the hotel was clean, with good breakfast and easy access to shops and station

Amazing vibe & atmosphere. Loved everything 🙂

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. All in all a fabulous stay and would recommend for...

The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Easy upgrade upon arrival. Great internal decoration. Modern and clean.

Excellent hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough. We did not eat in the hotel but the food seemed good. The room was large and clean. We decided to do the self clean option which meant we didn’t have our room cleaned every day, this was to be eco-friendly, and as a reward the hotel would give you a voucher for a drink every day you did self clean! Very happy with our stay and will be returning to this hotel!

Excellent location for access to business located near 'The Wall'. Shuttle bus service excellent but book to ensure availability. All staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Rooms big and comfortable with everything you need.

Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. We had big bottles of shampoo, shower gel and hand wash which was great and also free bottles of water provided. The shower was great and the bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. Our location for our trip was...

Hotel was beautiful. Only 2 minutes from the metro station and only a short ride into the centre. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff

Very close to Schipol airport and train station which is great for travelling by train during stay. The shuttle service was very reliable and most of the day ran every 15 mins or 30 mins at latest. Drivers helped you with luggage. Having stayed in Amsterdam a few times, this was the best shuttle service for an airport hotel. Hotel was very clean and room was excellent.had a good selection of tv programmes. Decent size fridge and coffee machine. The toiletries were also good quality. The shower...

Really nice hotel, and lovely staff

It’s the perfect spot in Amsterdam

Best thing was the drinking water available at reception and microwave available to heat the food. These small gestures make the stay very enjoyable.

I really can't fault this hotel at all. It was definitely one of the best I've been to. The staff were very helpful, the location was perfect and the room was amazing. One ten minute train ride and you're right in the centre. Couldn't be any easier. I was concerned before I visited as many other reviews complained about the screen that controls the room in many ways, as it didn't work for them for whatever reason. But for me it worked perfectly fine. It was simple to use and was always...

Hotel had only been open 1 day before our arrival. Room was very spacious and bed was really comfortable. Hotel staff were great and we had a great night at the bar with Dan And Alex. We will definitely be staying here again.
