We had some delays on room availability by around 20 mins on checkout but we were fairly compensated (€150 bar voucher) and after checking we realised one of the two sinks was blocked. Upon raising this to hotel staff they gave us more compensation (€150 bar voucher) for the inconvenience. All in all very positive experience and professional hospitality. "The room was clean and met our expectations. We did not spend a lot of time in the room as we were exploring daily. 10-15 minute walk to the main areas. Stairs could be a challenge for some. We are 55 and 60 years old and made it up to 4th level with our bags. Staff was very friendly and happy to provide assistance."
