"As most of the reviews have mentioned, the hotel has beautiful views of the valleys. Its nice and refreshing to wake up looking at the views in the morning. You feel invited to the property and the staff is helpful. The access road is terrible and there is no restaurant within walking distance. The hotel does try to sell dining/breakfast package which are quite steep. Also, their breakfast and dining menu prices are very expensive. I would have liked the hotel to have reasonable dining price...

"They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice. They should not keep it in the room unless it has been ordered or asked for. So when I went to check-out, they made me wait till one of the managers went to the room and checked if any of the items have been used or...

"The room was clean however the amenities were not well maintained. The property as a whole needs a lot in improvement. No kits were provided in the washrooms for freshening. "
