"Für eine 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eine tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer,aber das war nicht der Fall,durch einen Zettel wurde uns mitgeteilt daß die Zimmer aller 3 Tage gereinigt werden,mit Zuzahlung von 10 € pro Tag wäre auch eine tägliche REINIGUNG möglich. Unsere Suite war abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig.Das ..."
