"There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done: one hot tub jets don’t work, tile missing all around pool, cones are up near center of pool with tiles broken. They started working in a room next door to my room the night two nights before we left. They were very loud, when we woke up I smelled paint we were gone all day and when we returned it was really strong so we had to get a different room on our last night. Parking was good, AC in room was adequate. First room needed work, second room...

"Great location, but some service gaps Stayed three nights and the highlight was definitely how easily accessible the beach was — a huge plus for our family. A few things fell short, though. Laundry and breakfast aren't included, which would've been nice to know upfront. The dryer in the laundry room was out of order during our stay. Housekeeping didn't remove trash daily, so I had to call the front desk each time and set the trash outside myself. On top of that, I wasn't given a trashbin cover...
