"Our stay at this hotel was phenomenal. The reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming and professional. Our room was beautiful and luxurious. Overcoming my fear of using the public bath, I found it very respectful, relaxing and the facility was beautiful. I found myself missing the experience when we stayed at another hotel in another city. The breakfast buffet had many options, all of which were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is very clean and very nice! Not too big, but also not too small of a building. The room itself was on the smaller side, but considering as it was just me, it was totally fine. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe in the hotel and in the surrounding area. It’s in the quieter part of the Shinjuku area, so noise or heavy street activity was never an issue. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the 2 closest subway stops (Nishi Shinjuku & Tochomae), and is conveniently located near plenty of good food options. Also a plus that there’s a 7-11 directly below the hotel, for easy access to last minute needs and snacks. Overall I enjoyed my stay!"
