"Everything was fine and as expected, except the bathtub was those “vintage” freestanding kind. So no way to stand up and shower. The tub drained extremely slowly and backed up in an instant. So taking a bath wasn’t the best experience. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel, and our room was great. The location is the biggest positive."

"Our room was very large, modern, and clean. There’s a great elevator, so no stairs to climb. It’s on a quiet street with no noise at all. We had no need for a hotel restaurant, bar, gym, etc because we were out exploring Milan. If you really want those things, a traditional hotel is great. But if not, this is a much better alternative. The staff was great and we’ll definitely stay here again when in Milan."

"I was delighted not to be the only person older than 20-something staying there. It was a bit noisy but I was prepared and I’m a strong sleeper so it didn’t keep me up. It was remarkably clean and the staff were very responsive. Great value, good location too."

"Perfect size and location in a clean and friendly hotel. It’s on a lovely quiet side street that’s just minutes from the castle, duomo, galleria, shopping and restaurants. Our air conditioner was a little slow to start after a long and hot walking tour, but the hotel staff quickly fixed it. Would definitely stay here again"

The people at the front desk were the Best!! They booked for us a delicious restaurant and had so many great suggestions on where to go to tour the city. ...

"Great location and cool rooftop. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite and a room for 2 families. We reserved the pool and spa area just for our party and had a great time. Everything was very nice only one thing the servers at the rooftop take forever no exaggeration:) I would stay again at this property you are 1/2 a block from all the action. Concierge made good suggestion for restaurants and valet were fantastic!"

"This is a classic old boutique European hotel. Rooms are small and bathrooms “petite”. The staff were very helpful, especially Payman who gave us full attention, great food recommendations and perfect directions. Hotel is close to many historical sites. Overall, great staff, convenient location and small dated rooms."

"This is a very well designed lodging, clean straight lines, simple modern clean design, excellent lighting. Good furniture and accommodations, microwave, stove, . . . . A nice patio to sit out on in the shade for lunch or just relax outside for a few minutes. The staff is very kind and professional everything kept clean and in good order. The negative some resident a few doors above blared music extremely loud from about 10:00 or 10:30 PM until about midnight both nights we were there."

"Location, location, location! You are steps away from train station. You can walk to the Duomo and the Last Super. The only complaint would be in the bedroom all the light comes in the morning. Communication was excellent."
