"I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. "It was centered to almost anything you’d want to do in Bahia. Shopping, dining, hitting the beach. Great location and well maintained. There was always security there as well, but the area itself felt safe anyways. I had a great experience here."
