"The place and the rooms are lovely. However a couple details were not the best. There is no coffee in the room and the hot water heater would not turn on. Also I had asked for a wake up call, but then there was no wake up call on the date requested. Staff is lovely though and included breakfast was great."

"Booked this hotel thru Expedia and got a very good price. It is just around the corner from the Hartford train and bus stations so it's wonderfully convenient.
