"The staff was amazing particularly Melody tried to accommodate me and help me in every way possible, I am a disabled guest and although I asked for a wheelchair accessible room, it was not, the bed was sooo high that it came up to my shoulders. How is a wheelchair user that can’t get up, get in a bed that is so high?. I couldn’t get on the bed so, melody helped me to get together a very old and dusty sofa bed that was a bit low, but definitely better than the bed, I had 2 terrible nights on that sofa and went home. The breakfast was meh but ok for a budget hotel. It wasn’t super clean either but acceptable."

The hotel is Ideally located centrally in bordeaux with a very short walk to major attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again without hesitation"
