"The room was clean but definitely needs updates. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The ceilings in the bathroom are very low. The tile was cracked in different areas. Breakfast is not free. The parking garage is difficult to get in and out of. I drive a Subaru Crosstrek. I can't imagine having anything larger. The staff was very pleasant . "

"Pleased with the staff at check-in. Big crowd handled very efficiently. Surprised to get housekeeping without request. Nice touch. Cleaning was excellent. Decent breakfast buffet spread. Good snack selection. Quality rain shower. Only quibble would be the parking. $15 a day for surface parking seems excessive but I’m thankful the staff spared me the hassle of dealing with their (wholly unnecessary) third party parking vendor. Overall quite pleased and would consider another stay."

"Checked in early -- and was charged twice for an early fee. Brought this to attention of front desk girl. She was no help in getting extra charge removed. Room next to mine had a handful of children screaming, yelling, jumping off beds and running around like elephants -- waking me up at 10:45 p.m. Guy at front desk was reluctant to intervene -- but eventually called the room -- and the noise ceased."

"We will never choose your facility or recommend it ever again. In the first room we could hear all the highway and outside noise as if there was no glass in the window at all, the toilet was so low it made it awkward to use and everything was old and smelled musty,the shower curtain was torn which allowed water to pool on the floor we had to make daily request for towels by 8am or do without , at night it seemed to turn into a homeless shelter with many strange looking people hanging in the lobby with the night attendant, they smelled of alcohol and drugs and made racist comments which where offensive and made my husband and I very uncomfortable and we felt unsafe .The breakfast was limited phones in room didn’t work and the thermostat was not working properly the tv was small which made it difficult to watch in the bed the elevator at times was dirty with trash and smelled of marijiana nothing appeared like the website portrayed we were unable to enjoy the amenities for one reason or another and had to replace our room key several times this wasn’t the worse experience but diffidently far from the best I guess you get what you pay for. "

"Breakfast was lukewarm all 3 days we ate there despite arriving soon after opening. Both elevators were out of service for part of our stay. Wi-Fi access went out on the last day -- perhaps because we'd been there a week? -- but desk clerk had no idea how to fix it. Cleaning staff kept skipping our room despite no request to do so. Definitely a mediocre experience"
