"Room was clean and spacious. Hot tub and sauna in room which wss great but the toilet and shower were seperate rooms , with the sink in the main bedroom, bit of an odd set up. Had a safe which was good and also a fridge but it didnt work, which was annoying. Also no waters in the fridge or available, only to buy from a vending machine and pricey. Bar was open 5pm-11pm which could have had better opening times , as reception dont deal with cash so wasnt able to get change. Overall good hotel , very good location and clean with good features in the wellness room. Would stay again."

"AVOID! The bedding had yellow stains, bed bugs, and hair. The beds had not been changed since the last people left the room. When we approached the hotel staff, they said there was nothing they could do since there was no manager available. We had to leave and pay over the odds for a new hotel close by. worst experience of my life."

"This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). However housekeeping couldn’t clean our room until nearly 4pm on two occasions (having been out from 10am) and the room was more 3-4 star than 5. It’s a good location though and we enjoyed our stay. If it had been rated a 4 star hotel and priced according it would be a score of 4/5. It was too expensive for what it was however. "
