"Our stay wasn’t what we expected. The view from the pool and the pool itself were a highlight. The cabin/hut was quite run down. The mosquito net wasn’t great at keeping the mosquitos away. This was probably due to the fact that the doors and windows don’t actually shut fully. When having a shower the entire area was flooded. Also on our last day we noticed a mouse in our room. We organise a trip through the hotel to Nusa Penida which was quite disappointing if you’re looking to see the tourist...

"BAD OPTION AT ALL!!! We booked perfectly our room in Dream Beach Kubu Lembongan, but when we arrive our room was sold to other customer. They did overbooking, giving our room probably for higher prize to other. So we need to look ourselves for other hotel. This is the first time it happen to me and it is awful. That is not a way to run a hotel business. JUST DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL."
