"Great Hotel, close to everything within walking distance. The staff was superb, very nice people and outstandingly helpful. The Hotel was amazing, I stayed a second time unfortunately I got a smaller room. Strongly recommend this Hotel and I will be surely returning."

"The front desk staff were the friendliest group of individuals. Always a nod and spoken greeting whether coming into the hotel or leaving. Helpful with recommendations for dining, etc. The location is good; there is a grocery and liquor store just around the corner. Housekeeping was efficient and inconspicuous. A great stay in a great city."

"We liked the location in the central part of Amsterdam. We didn’t like that there was no phone in the room to reach the front desk and there was no coffee maker in the room to make a tea or coffee. We could get very hot water from the front desk if we came down and picked it up. We paid over $550 Canadian a night which should provide a few amenities."

"Everything was great. The staff was amazing. Above and beyond. My only concern was the stairs, which I believe would be a consideration in any spot long the canals. Tight and steep. Staff will navigate the stairs with your bag if needed. I was too tired each day coming back to enjoy a cocktail, but they do look amazing. "

"Very clean and safe stay. Tucked away from the busy town, this smaller hotel had a safe and quiet neighborhood. The facility was very clean, comfy beds, and very helpful staff. We were able to keep our bags there securely before and after check in/out. Would recommend! "

"Rent og stort rom, men veldig lytt. Hørt at at de i etasjen over gikk rundt på rommet, pratet, hostet, så på tv mm. Enke og grei frokost, kunne vært en kafffemaskin til. "

"Everthing was perfect"

"No A/C both days. Reported on day 1, was to be fixed day 2. Did not happen. On check in asked about a cab reservation for our departure. Prefaced this with it will be Kings Day. I was told no problem we will arrange this. Checked at desk day before departure on our cab and was told that it was not possible, all roads will be blocked. I will have to say that our stay was terrible! No A/C and no cab. No offer by management to comp room, offer a free meal or even a free bar beverage. Not happy."

"Nice place. Make sure to double check your pod for small belongings left behind. I lost an AirPod ear piece , staff was not diligent in helping to find it. I felt that they could have done more but like they clearly said in an email response: it is my problem and they are not responsible."
