The Address Akakura
The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Helen the manager often went above and beyond to meet the needs of guests. The environment was relaxed. The location was close to ski slopes and they also provided a free shuttle which was a plus.

Overall very nice accommodation and the shuttle driver was very nice. However, whoever actually manages the property really needs to do better with communication. The day of my arrival I was still trying to figure out how to actually get to and check into the property since no instructions were provided. ...
