"I was upset for the price we paid for the room to have a shower curtain with so many holes in it, it was barely hanging on. The paint above the shower was peeling and flaking off while the steam was going up. The lever to the bathroom faucet fell off in your hands every time you turn it on, the toilet lid was constantly falling backwards and the floor and chair in the room were so stained it looked like both should have been taken to the dump. "People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"

I said, if you can't find a room, lets just process the refund. To which the staff member said "Are you not happy with your room".... I didn't have one...
