Room hot as hell. No instructions on A/C. Numerous calls to start A/C. Remote control hard to use so calls to desk x 2. Hours for breakfast were posted wrong. Needed help with getting picture on tv x 2. Blew lamp trying coffee maker. Not enough creamer for 2 people so i drank black. Other issues as well."
