The staff was very generous. Altough I checked out four hours too late. They were nice enough to bag all my stuff. Not one piece was missing. They were also very polite about my situation. They probably move about 150lbs of stuff off the fourth floor. Thank you staff.

Room and property was is in fine and good condition. Only issue I had was just the no hot water situation.

I arrived to the room and the walls were dirty, hair in the bathroom, floor a little sticky after the shower and I asked if there was anything the hotel can do for discrepancies. I was told no. House keeping was cool they minded their business and were very hard workers. The house keeper Saturday morning was a doll. Ultimately the experience could have been better. Parking is 1000 yen and it was outside with no sun roof. This hotel can do a little bit better if they invested time in their property.

何回も宿泊しております。 毎回ですが…洗面台の排水とお風呂の排水が悪い感じがあります。今回はかなり排水が悪かったです。 それと…お風呂内に椅子ががあるととても快適です！ いつも満足してます！

部屋は広く綺麗

建物が新しいのか、部屋は綺麗で広いので、荷物を置く棚なりクローゼットなどがあってもいいと思う。 残念なのは、清掃が行き届いていないのか、部屋の隅に長い髪の毛が多く落ちていた。改善されたい。 近くにコンビニがないので、自販機でビールを扱ってくれるとありがたい。

駐車場は有料で1500円、チェックイン時に『普通自動車で来ているならここに停めて』と案内されたのは屋根のない駐車場。台風の影響で雨風強い中、ガラガラに空いた屋根付き駐車場から屋根無しの駐車場に移動させる必要があったのでしょうか。値段に見合う価値のない駐車場・対応だったと思います。 別のミスター金城では洗濯機は無料だが、ここでは300円かかる。 お部屋は一見綺麗だが、洗面台は詰まっていたり、蚊の死骸があったり... 少し高くても別の近隣ホテルに泊まればよかったと後悔しました。

もう泊まりません。

駐車場が高すぎる。お金を払っているのに別の宿泊者に停められていた日もあった。管理が行き届いてない。 部屋の布団は黄色いシミ、血のシミがあり清潔感がまるでない。コバエも飛んでいた。ベランダには前の宿泊者のタバコの吸い殻があり清掃が全く出来ていない。
