"My arrival got off to a complicated start, at reception my reservation and room weren't checked and I was given the key to a budget room, I declined that and was shown another room which was budget with a TV, which I said this isn't the room I've prepaid for, the hotel staff didn't seem to believe I'd booked a executive pool view room until I showed them my booking and receipt that I'd prepaid, I was eventually given the right room with the intervention of a staff member Joyce because I told her...

"ショッピングモールの中にあり、場所は少しわかりずらいですが、警備の人が常に在住し、安心して過ごせました。少し歩けば、マーケトやスーパーなどもあり、観光にも便利な場所にあります。レストランはありますが、ビールが置いていなかったので、ビールが置いてあるお店を尋ねると、何軒かスタッフが一緒についてきてくれお店を巡り、探してくれました。いつもレセプションのスタッフや警備の人はフレンドリーで、滞在中困らないように手助けしてくれました。ただ、原因はスタフもわからなかったようですが、２日の滞在のうち1日は、夜からずっとWi-Fiが繋がらないなかったのが、残念でした。"

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. 10/10 there. However, the hotel is situated next to a mosque. So, the noise of all the broadcasts was unbearable. And it was ramadan, so the noise was even more frequent than usual. Had to change my hotel within minutes. If you’re muslim, perhaps this would fit in with your travel plans. I’m not, though, so it was an unfortunate incident for me."
