"Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....
