"Locating 5-10 mins walk from the very centre of the sapa town but still a variety of restaurant, souvenir shops and tourists agencies close by. Being at the edge of the sapa town there is the breathtaking view from the balcony of the room, which I believe is what most of the visitors came to enjoy. Room is clean and tidy with consistent hot water supply in the shower. A decent breakfast was included."

They helped arrange a couple of tours for us during our stay which were excellent. One of the tours was a trek at a tea farm a couple hours outside of Sapa and it was so beautiful. "The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! "Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."
