"Normally I dont got much to complain about but from the moment we got there the bathrooms were dirty early check in wasn't available who places like that and the about they charge we shouldn't have to wait till 4pm to check in are had a bad smell and some lights didn't work we also tryed eating at the dine in restaurant the food was sloppy and had hair in it Im requesting some kind of refund back"

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was amazing, especially for the price. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Centralia area, and this one was by far the cleanest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and made me feel right at home. What really stood out was the staff. Every person I interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. The breakfast was also great and was a perfect way to start the day. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I got much more than what I paid for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Centralia. It will definitely be my first choice every time I come back. Thank you for making my stay such a great experience!"

"The room was okay,, the first room I got put in had a shower that was not properly working. I hit moved to another room which reeked cigarettes, it had someone's possession on one of the drawer. The lady at the front desk was rude as well. I can't blame her we all have bad days,, but she had poor customer service. Other than that it wasn't bad"

"The room was very outdated. The sheets were not very clean and the first room we got the shower didn’t work. The staff was nice and got us another room quickly and apologized. The second room wasn’t not any better. The sink was cracked, the shower wasn’t very clean, the toilet barely worked, the floor had big gaps in it, and the tv stand was missing a door. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"This is our favorite place to stay in Centralia. Love the staff and the historic building! Best location, close to N Tower St (best restaurants and vintage shopping!) and always clean. The manager has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions, in addition to loving the location and building, this is why we continue to stay here when we travel for baseball and softball. Please note, no TV’s in the rooms and some rooms do not have showers or bathrooms, pay attention while booking and know this is an old hotel. It also has the best breakfast restaurant downstairs!"
