"It was a nice hotel "

"This property does not have an indoor restaurant. They don't have many options for breakfast either (no bagels, croissants, pastries) and the only toast is what seemed to be a bun that they split in half and buttered. In addition, while the beach is beautiful, it is not a swimming beach. When we got our room, the shower shelf was falling off and dirty and it was crumbling the wall which was coating the bathtub. One of the jacuzzis was broken during our stay also fyi. If you get a "deal" staying here it is because the property is a bare minimum type of stay so be prepared for this. You will need a car in order to go off site to eat. I will say that the staff were nice, responsive and friendly. However I cannot recommend staying here."

"My experience at Costa Bahía Hotel Paseo Caribe was very disappointing. I stayed in a suite that, while offering an impressive view, was clearly poorly maintained. During our stay, my wife suffered a cut on her leg caused by an exposed and damaged metal support on the bed frame. The injury was not deep, but there was visible bleeding, which is unacceptable in a hotel environment. What was most concerning was not only the incident itself, but the hotel’s lack of professionalism in handling it: * The furniture was in poor condition * The “repair” was improvised using tape * There was no follow-up, concern, or apology from staff After the incident, I went to the front desk and was only given bandages and alcohol. We never received a formal apology or any further assistance. I also attempted to contact the hotel by email afterward and received no response. It’s unfortunate, because the location and view are excellent, but the lack of maintenance and poor customer service make it impossible for me to recommend this place."

"Everyone on staff is polite and friendly- whoever does the hiring for these people is spot on! Last year I stayed in a nice hotel in Isla Verde but I missed the Marriott Stelaris (where I had stayed around 8 or 9 times). So I came back this year and was very happy to be there. Superior service."

"Short walk to the beach. Great breakfast buffet every day and the pool was awesome. Only downside is the daily resort fee. I would rather have a less expensive fee than a credit to the market or bar that can only be used on one day and not carried over."

"Everything was good went well only tho g was the shower in my room had no closed door so the floor was soaked and the restaurant staff fake was rude the first day but i enjoyed my time overall"
