They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time...
