"I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to find out you have to pay to access most amenities. For example it was 1650 yen to use the pool/hot tub facilities per person. Coffee and tea also had a cost of 500 yen per cup. In all other hotels my husband and I stayed in these were complimentary. ..."
