"Room was comfortable, breakfast limited but good, and housekeeping staff very helpful. the big problem was the lack of luggage carts. There was one available when we checked in and we used it and returned it. However, the next morning, there was not a cart to be found. Checked the other floors and the parking lot - nothing. Started carrying and dragging luggage and still no carts. This can be a problem for people in their 80s. loaded the car and ate breakfast - still no carts. Obviously, people...

"Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing. This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area."

"I didn't like nothing the property was dirty, my room was unclean, roaches running everywhere, black mold in the room. Tile missing on the floor, the mirror was hanging off the wall at the sink, look like somebody started maintenance on the room and never finished it and tried to run it out to me for a week. "The Embassy Suites in Ayrsley were clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. I was informed that they had a daily happy hour where 2 drinks would be complimentary as well as breakfast hours. The room was quiet and clean and the beds were firm and pillows soft. The Ayrsley part of Charlotte is clean and feels very safe, which helped me feel more relaxed during my stay. I also appreciated that they had chargers for EVs on site. I would choose to stay here again if I am ever in the Charlotte...

"Breakfast was great! Our rooms were clean. In close proximity to amusement park and fun things to do. It was a comfortable place to stay that met all of my family’s needs. Easily would stay here again"

"This is a very basic hotel with not a lot of extras but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable which is most important. It is off the 485 inner loop so not too far from the airport and you can avoid Interstate 77. The price was reasonable and the breakfast had a good variety of options."
