"We enjoyed our trip to Brown County Inn. The room was clean. Location is within walking distance to the shops. Breakfast buffet was good for an additional fee. Will stay again."

"Balcony was nice - had a hard time getting temperature in room right- but did manage to get it to warm up- coffee maker was horrible- water jut sat in where pod went- so weak and no flavor- but left early to go get coffee- other than that nice room for price"

"The room was dusty. There were leftover soap and shampoo container seals left in the shower so not sure it was cleaned. The bed was a memory foam mattress on a very cheap slat and particle board lower frame. It creaked and squeaked with every move. We felt like we could have fell through to the floor as much as the bed sagged when we slept. You hear everything from each room on the top floor because the wood floors and gaps under the doors let you hear everything. I’m sure if you are hard of...

"I would definitely stay again and even though I really liked the view from the third floor, I would recommend the first floor for older or elderly folks. The stairs are tough on the knees. Beautiful place and I only wish we'd had a longer stay. ♥️"

"Not the kinda place to bring your wife for a romantic getaway. We booked for two nights because for some reasons I had it in my head everything would be booked up and I rushed without reading the reviews. This place is overpriced for even as cheap as it is. If you are working as a lumberjack crew of men I would still negotiate the price down. The bathroom door would not fully shut. I’m not talking about hard to shut I’m talking hold it why you use the bathroom. The only positives I have to say...

"DON'T STAY HERE! Expedia should be ashamed for recommending. Checked in the evening for a two-night stay. Guest has a medical condition and it very important the room be non-smoking and clean. Upon arrival smoke smell was obvious as well as a cigarette butt found on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting and hadn't appeared to be cleaned in quite some time even though there was a strong chemical smell. After sitting for several minutes, and getting a headache, left and requested a refund....

"Being a bird watcher I enjoyed the bird feeders outside the sliding glass door. The sliding door was difficult to open and close. The owner watched us in a kind of an uncomfortable way pointing out that he had cameras. The breakfast was very nice"

"Our stay was very pleasant! We just needed one night on our return trip home and we were impressed with the property. We thought it was quite new and were surprised when the Front Desk said it was about 15 years old. A great testament to the desire to keep the hotel updated and clean. The cleaning products or air freshener used made the common areas smell fantastic! Too many hotels that we stay in will have a musty smell or just not refreshing and this hotel was over the top in that area. The...

"Very clean and cozy room. Quiet. Friendly staff."

"Good location"

"Severely understaffed and it shows , cigarette butts all over the entry , trash cans overflowing , trash in the stairwell that was never picked up for 3 days, breakfast means begging for milk and maybe there is coffee maybe there isn’t , gym is just a couple treadmills that don’t work and pool water cloudy as an Indiana winter day. Room also had a pungent smell and good luck with non existent housekeeping Overall just a poorly ran hotel"

"Great value with a good breakfast"
