Loved our stay. Clean, the unit had everything we needed. Close to broadway. Bedroom carpet is not great, does not look clean, lbedroom lighting is very dim.

The upkeep of the property is quite nice, but the room that I stayed in seemed a bit under a little duress. Maybe it could’ve used a little bit of paint on some of the door panels. Additionally, the curtains needed to be replaced, which I observed upon check-in. Enjoyed the area, but I did make sure I was in by a certain time.

We did not stay at this property as they cancelled our reservation 2 days before our stay. Of course, Marriott blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed Marriott. Would be nice for someone to take responsibility or Marriott reaching out to us to rebook. Left scrambling to get other accomodations. Stayed at a wonderful Hamptom Suites in Goodlettsville, north of Nashville.

The unit was very clean and modern. Two bedrooms and two baths. The one issue my husband complained about was that there are no tvs in the bedrooms.

The location and access of this property is great! There is a garage under the apartment building that always had room and felt very secure. The room was nice and clean when we checked in. The only downside would be the noise. We stayed in room 402, which was right by the trash chute. We could sometimes smell this too. It was only noisy a few mornings around 7:30am when staff would be handling trash. Otherwise our stay was great!

Everything was amazing, until the guest next doors 2 dogs started whining and howling. This went out for 6 hours from starting at 8 pm. With no staff onsite nothing was done.I used the chat feature multiple times and no real support was given. The room the dogs were in backed up to our bedroom and there was no "toning it out" with a noise machine. While I love the concept of these properties , I won't stay at this property again unless Sonder figures out how to offer real support 24/7.

Great location to restaurants, park and shopping. The pool needs to be cleaned and scrubbed. Great kitchen area near the pool though. Furniture and rugs in rooms need to be cleaned or replaced and shower tile needs attention.

The entire soap and shampoo dispenser fell off the wall in the shower, somebody was still in my room when I came to check in cleaning, somebody showed up within an hour of me, checking in to check for leaks without any sort of identification or prior knowledge that he would be coming, and the Wi-Fi did not work in the apartment.
