"Its a very small private property its aplus for the shuttle. The staff Dee the pool life guard was a great help with anything u needed on the pool deck. Shanvanti the food server was so amazing helpful anything u needed he was their. Shanaya was the best she was juggling the entire beach pool brought out the food and the drinks so fast . "My peronal experience is the staff were exceptional, the food was delightful and the service was great. I happen to be there during Grad City Week, if i was aware of the overwhelming amount of teenagers that would swarm the resort i wouldve book at a later date. The rooms need to be upgraded and the housekeeping staff can be a little more tentive. The negative part definitely would not prevent me from returning. Due to the high quality of service i recommend Breezes "

"This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning....

"Didn’t have a room for us when we arrived at 430pm. The rooms need maintenance, toilet ran constantly, bad caulking around sink, nightstand slanted. The property is great and the other hotels are much nicer than the Coral. Water park was fun. Eating is very expensive!"

"Great value for the money, although the site is large it did not feel overgrounded, l guess mainly because the children are still at school. There are three pools to use. Five minutes walk to Atlantis and the beach. Good easy check in security all day and night. Large apartment with dining room full kitchen and separate bathroom.
