Friendly but extremely bare

Extremely friendly people. Good breakfast. But the room is absolutely bare: one bed, bedsheets and one towel that is changed every 3 days, nothing else. No hair dryer, no face/hand towel, no bed side table for small belongings, no safe. We moved to another hotel. Their website fooled us

Café da manhã razoável, e os funcionários que cuidam do café não são muito receptivos e abertos para pedidos como um ovo mexido. Sendo que para a mesa de outro hóspede fizeram ovo frito para toda famila que pediu. O pessoal da recepção ja é bem diferente, atenciosos e bem receptivos. As instalações são boas e o quarto do qual fiquei foi maravilhoso. Vista incrível para o Morro do Careca. Destaco como negativo formigas vermelhas pelo quarto inteiro, até na cama encontrei algumas. Nada que n de para resolver facilmente. Localização boa.

Gostamos do local. Ficamos num quarto para quatro pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças). Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo pessoal da recepção. O Estacionamento na frente do hotel é ótimo. O café da manhã foi muito bom. Não gostamos da praia de Ponta Negra. Mas, a piscina do hotel salvou o passeio. As crianças adoraram. Ao lado do hotel tem um supermercado e uma farmácia (ótimos). Quanto a localização está numa linha reta em direção a principal feirinha (onde tem as decorações de natal). Dica: quando for para feirinha estacione o carro na frente do restaurante Khina Wok Bar e Restaurante. Além de ficar bem próximo da feirinha é um excelente lugar para comer. Comida excelente, bem servida a um preço justo. Acabei parando na frente "por acaso" porque não segui o GPS quando estava indo pra feirinha. Jantei e no outro dia antes de ir embora almocei com minha família.

Gostei muito! Com uma entrada bem simples e até um pouco difícil de encontrar, não dá pra ter noção como lá dentro é lindo. O paisagismo foi muito bem aproveitado. Quartos com rede na varanda e banheiro grande. Área comum cheirosa e da pra ouvir pássaros cantando. Só aumentaria a cama e deixaria interruptor mais fácil pra quem entra no quarto escuro. Como sugestão, colocaria mais opções no café. No mais, voltaria e recomendo!

O hotel é bonito na parte de fora dos quartos, porém os quartos nao sao tao confortáveis. Só tem apenas uma tomada no quarto, e para ligar a liz do banheiro tem que ir na parte do espelho. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É MUITO FRACO, QUASE NAO TEM NADA, AS VEZES SÓ UM FUNCIONÁRIO PARA DAR CONTA DE TUDO( OU SEJA, TODOS SOBRECARRWGADOS E PELO VISTO NAO TEM UM GERENCIAMENTO PARA FAZER AS MELHORIAS ), AS CADEIRAS E MESAS DO CAFÉ SÃO TODAS DE PLÁSTICO, OS PÃES SAO VELHOS, OS BOLOS TBM E POUQUÍSSIMAS VARIEDADES DE OPÇÕES, É QUASE NADA MESMO!
