"Hay ratas.. "La Negra" como le dicen a la persona responsable del lugar, brilla por su ausencia. Cuando le dijimos que había ratas en la habitacion nos dijo que ella iba a solucionarlo y despues no la vimos mas hasta que nos fuimos. Quisimos tomar algo en el "bar" del lugar y nos dijeron que no tenian nada, que fueramos a otro. Un desastre!!"

"Nos entoxicamos con.la comida de este hotel no se que paso pero mi novia y yo duramos todo un dia encerrados en la habitación con diarrea y vomito. Ademas el hotel esta tan retirado que llegar alli duen verdadero desafio y demaciado costoso asi que no lo recomiendo "

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet établissement : -Aucun nettoyage dans les chambres ( poulet , plastique....en dessous des lits) -Il faut reclamer pour obtenir de l eau et de l Électricité -le groupe electrogene peut fonctionner jusqu a 4 heure du matin -probleme de communication / ils ont voulu nous faire payer 2x - le petit déjeuner (inclu) n est jamais arrivé Point positif : face a la mer L établissement est toujours en travaux.... "The receptionist spoke no English. The room had no safe. A cockroach was in the room. There was no “Tranquility” at Freedom Beach. Not anything near what was expected. The only quiet time is after 20:00 hours when the crowds which start arriving at 9:00, have gone home. Disappointed. The bathroom was so poor, I couldn’t take a shower or sit on the toilet. "

"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors. On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

"We had an amazing time. Very beautiful pool and hot tub, great scenery and very peaceful. The staff was great.. specialty drinks made for us with fresh fruits and the meals were really good. Anaho is just a 20 minutes boat ride from Cartagena. "
