"Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."

Again, it was very difficult to get hold of someone to try to sort this out. Eventually they changed rooms for me because they were unable to solve the problem.
