The bed and pillows were SO comfortable, coupled with the fact that it seemed our room was sound-proof, lol...we slept incredibly well. We didn't hear any noise at all. It was wonderful! There is plenty to do around it and we walked to dinner, which was nice. Parking was also very easy and reasonably priced. "We had a great time at the Tru Hotel! It was newly remodeled building and we were welcomed by a friendly staff. Loved how nice and clean the room and bathroom was. One of the best hotel options in the area for parking. There was street parking after 4pm for free or a public parking lot across the street for $25 through the hotel. Also it was in close walking distance to the Inner Harbor and lots of great restaurants. Such a nice choice for a weekend getaway! We’ll definitely come back. "

"My friend and I stayed here as a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. We did have an issue with valet but they corrected it immediately and gave us a discount on the cost. The hotel is stunning, lives up to all the hype. "

"Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? But fixed nonetheless. Room...

"I liked staying at this hotel. I was on the ninth floor with a gorgeous view of the monuments. The room was cozy and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Wasn't pleased that when I booked room it wasn't suppose to have a sofa bed and a king bed. No sofa bed. Went to front desk they sent up a cot for my 6ft son. Our room was right next to laundry room. 6am banging and chatting from laundry room."

"The only issue I had was there was a fire alarm and evacuation one of the mornings. It was an issue with the breakfast and the alarm should have never got to the point of evacuating the hotel."
