The rooms are small but they use the space well and they’re very clean and modern. This was very conveniently located as well - close to the train station, Princes Street Gardens, and the castle/royal mile."

"The property is on a beautiful site just under Arthurs Seat. It is very quiet and has seating areas both inside and outside the building which are very comfortable. If you come from the airport, the property is easily accessed by a combination of tram and bus (it takes under an hour). It is on several bus routes so Edinburgh sights are easily and conveniently accessible. Most people would not need a car although there is parking on site. Breakfast was excellent and, from what we could see, the restaurant serves well priced food in the evening (we ate elsewhere)."
