The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. "Location was amazing, every attraction is within a short few minutes walk. There were pubs, restaurants right below which we did not find noisy. Apartment had a lift, we stayed in apt 13 on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a nice view overlooking the Calton Hill. Checking in was easy with a pin code for the entry gate, lift and apt, felt very safe with CCTV around the common areas. Whole house was fully equipped with heaters, even for the bathroom floors.
