"I book an appartement for 5 nights. The appartement as such was looking bad, but:
- for 6 days nobody cleaned, changed the towels, if you want you need to pay extra;
- you are even expected to bring the trush out
- the place is noisy, you hear the neighbours, next door, up and down
- bathroom amenities not perfectly working.
I needed to leave my luggage the last day and I askes how could this be done as before 9 am nobody is available. Got no answer.

"The staff members - in particular Nadia and the manager- were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They added greatly to our enjoyment of our stay.
