"Location is central to all landmarks, right at the heart of shopping streets and restaurants Service is excellent. Very efficient when you request for service. Two things to note - we stay on 3rd floor which we can hear the street band playing past 9 pm. To note If you have young children sleeping early. The bathroom door are glass doors !! You can see through when someone showering or using the toilet. there’s a big mirror facing the bathroom which is entirely see thru so there’s no privacy. Overall I would stay here again."

"The property is at an ideal location and rooms are spacious. It's right in front of a lovely breakfast spot that serve delicious breakfast and right next to a very good coffee shop with great pastries. The property needs some maintenance and I must say it was definitely noisy, Tram 28 literally passes in front of the hotel front door. The windows are probably not double glazed and so you'll definitely get the noise. Also since it's so central, Saturday night was more noisy because of people out partying/drinking nearby. Expect the random shouting/singing outside! I had earlier plugs and they did the job. Staff were lovely and helpful. Perfect for solo travellers wanting to stay very central. Loads of dinner options around."

"We were there just one night and we arrived at midnight and left before 7am the next morning to catch a flight back home. So we did not eat breakfast so can’t rate that. The hotel is on a side street off the Main Street and does not have much frontage and is not well marked. And as it was dark we had a little trouble finding it. Be aware that there is no elevator so you will have to walk up the stairs. Also, the plumbing is very noisy. Whenever you flush the toilet or run the faucet there is a loud racket. The bathroom was very clean and had been updated. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Oh, and the air conditioning worked fine."

"This must be up there as one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Location is second to none. Staff were exemplary- nothing was too much trouble for them and the service was amazing. All very friendly and helpful. An oasis in the best area of Lisbon. I loved the fact that they had nothing plastic. Everything was reusable and environmentally friendly. Can’t recommend enough."
