"I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The location is outstanding—within easy walking distance of Palermo’s historic center, just a few blocks from the Cathedral of Palermo, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, and sightseeing opportunities. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. We stayed in a Quattro room with my mother, husband, and daughter, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably. Breakfast was included and was a highlight of each morning. The selection was extensive, high quality, and featured a wonderful variety of traditional Italian breakfast offerings. It was the perfect way to start every day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They helped arrange transportation to the beach, provided towels and water bottles whenever we needed them, assisted with shipping a package without hesitation, and handled restaurant reservations with ease. No request was ever too much trouble. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every member of the staff made this trip truly special. They played a huge role in making our family vacation perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel that is comfortable, and welcominf stay here!"

San Paolo Palace Hotel

"The first room we were given there was no working AC. It took contacting the front desk 3 times for them to finally tell us that it was broken in the room and they couldn't fix it. They then offered us a different room that was not on the renovated portion of the hotel. So we move rooms and this room was only slightly better. The AC was at least somewhat functional, but not nearly as functional as the ones in the working renovated rooms. There were plastered up holes on the walls and mold in the shower. The next day the only light went completely out in the bathroom and it took going to the front desk another three times to get that fixed. The breakfast was decent and there is sufficient parking, but could not in good conscience recommend this hotel."

"Our rooms were immaculate, everything you could possibly want including the most beautiful beach is right at your fingertips. Alessia the beautiful young woman who cooks at breakfast was such a joy along with her coworkers. I highly recommend breakfast because of these sweet and attentive staff members. Also, the young lady who prepares cocktails by the pool, also outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the amenities. I also would like to mention the gentleman who helps at check-in to carry bags, he is so on top of things. Overall, it was a fantastic stay."
