I guess if u enjoy being yelled at by a grown adult for leaving a door open that doesnt have any signs stating it cannot be left open then feel free to get a hotel here."

"terrible experience. had a room booked for 2 nights. april 24-26 2026. something came up and we were not able to check in until the 25th. they proceeded to tell us that because we did not check in on the 24th our room had been cancelled for the entire weekend without refund!!! is this normal operating procedure??? absolutely ridiculous. couldnt check in saturday and stay in a room that i had already paid for!!! ended up paying an additional night (3 nights total), just to stay for one night. how could anyone think this is ok? hotels.com better do something about this"
