"This was a weird hotel, but maybe I’m just old. It is a very high tech (tech sort of worked) and secret agent like. Rooms are very tiny, however close to the airport and a close walk. I thought it was expensive for such a small room and lack of staff. I would not stay here again, I’ll just pay the extra 75-100$ to stay at the Hilton."

"The Ibis Budget Hotel Amsterdam is adequate for anyone who needs to catch an early morning flight out of Schiphol Airport. It is a budget hotel, so the rooms are not large and there aren't many/any amenities, but the "non-budget" Ibis hotel is close by and has a restaurant and convenience store. The shuttle service to Schiphol Airport is free and was very convenient. Our main complaint was that there was no hand towel in our room, only 2 bath towels."

"This is a unique and amazing airport hotel! Everything is stylish and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. But the amazing thing is the airplane in the back garden. I was jet lagged and thought that I was hallucinating, but there is actually a retired jet in the beautifully manicured back garden. I won't describe it because I don't want to ruin the entire surprise. The airport shuttle is very convenient, too. Great hotel -- I'll be back!"

"Amazing stay at the double tree in Amsterdam! I can’t recommend this place more! Very convenient location close to the train as well as downtown. Amenities were very sufficient as well! Beautiful restaurants, beautiful room, pre check in luggage storage, comfortable bedding, and amazing staff! Our favorite part was being offered a warm chocolate chip cookie from one of the sweetest staff members ever- every time we’d walk in the door. We would giggle every time but the small things like that...

"I had a grand time, and it was a much needed rest after my flight. My few nitpicks were that I wish that it could’ve been a little clearer how the air conditioning in the room worked and also that I was getting mixed signals on whether breakfast was offered with my room or not (I ended up not going to breakfast because of this fact)."
