"The staff were so nice, we were able to check in early and the room was pretty spacious for three women who do a lot of shopping with 6 suitcases. It’s in a great area with a short walk to bagel shops, Starbucks, time square, rockefeller center, not to mention that it is next door neighbors with the grand central terminal. Only con is that because it’s by the train station it can get a little scary at night. Other than that it was an amazing stay. "

"The hotel was in a fantastic location. Unfortunately no breakfast, only a coffee bar. Our room was quite small but adequate. A power outlet in the bathroom was coming off so I had to use my hairdryer plugged in out in the room but no biggie. The staff were SO friendly. Location alone was worth the stay but not sure I would pay the price again with no breakfast included. "

"Great location and fun theme. Well maintained property. Biggest complaint was no towel hooks in the bathroom. Had an issue interacting with a member of the valet staff which was VERY professionally managed by an on-site manager who was attentive to us and follow-up with a personal email. Very impressed. "
