"Staff is absolutely amazing! We got to the hotel at 9am when check in isn’t until 4pm. The amazing staff upgraded us for a small free to the most amazing terrace room, we ending up paying the upgrade fee for the entire stay because it was so nice. The staff from valet, door attendants, cafe and restaurant to elevator assistants are all so nice and helpful. "Hotel was clean with a fantastic location between the Radio City and Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine but it was tiny. It did have a full kitchen and big fridge so it would be great for a solo business traveler. Was as quiet as you could expect for a block from Times Square. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I'd still look around first. You can do much worse for the price."
