"The room was lovely, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, my only note is if arriving before check-in, they share a “lobby” restroom with the restaurant next door. It’s accessible via the hotel elevator but not an ideal spot to freshen up after a flight. We slept amazing, street noise was minimal with the windows shut and having a small balcony was such a cool surprise. Would absolutely stay here again! So close to Times Square but definitely a quieter street compared to others nearby. "

"Citizen M should lead with the fact that rooms are 150 sq. Ft. The entire room width is the length of a king bed. VERY cramped for 2 people. No coffee makers in room, 1 chair, closet too small for a suitcase. Lights, curtains, TV, controlled by an iPad but half of wall switches didn’t work; we could control the color hue of room lights (red, blue, etc) but it was all or none even if we walked to each outlet. 24 hour cafe is a spendy breakfast buffet with few vegetarian options (cold potatoes...

"I got the Panaramic view 38th floor and it was amazing! It was such an easy process from beginning to end! Security, front desk, restaurant, and greeters were all terrific at showing you how to run the elevator and I appreciated the extras to access the rooms by #of elevator when going to your room, no buttons to push and the extra security measures inside the hotel and outside! $35 a day and eating in the restaurant or charging to room was extra convenient! All over a great experience!"
