"We’ve stayed at this BW multiple times and it is always very good…our room this stay was smaller than most we have stayed in and the AC unit was loud unfortunately. We mentioned it upon check out and the staff apologized said they would have maintenance look at it right away. Will continue to book with this Hotel as it is in a great location and has an amazing restaurant."

"It was a very comfortable stay with a big bed, modern clean bathroom with shower gel (a rarity in South America that you can't buy in shops). It was small with no closet or even coat hooks to hang clothing."

"The accomodation and property are 5 star. Our rental had an eating table, keurig coffee maker, fridge and microwave and a large peaceful covered patio overlooking the lake."

"I wanted to like this place, but overall it fell short. The room felt pretty worn down, with scratched-up walls and exposed plumbing in the bathroom that made it feel unfinished and not very well maintained. The biggest issue for me was the in-wall AC unit. It’s an older style, and unfortunately there was a bird’s nest in the exterior housing. Throughout the night, I kept hearing scratching and metal noises that made it really hard to sleep. I told the girl at the front desk. She apologized but didn't offer anything to make up for my lack of sleep. I should have slept in my car. The one bright spot was the staff—they were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. But between the condition of the room and the noise, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
