"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "A very nice hotel, with very accommodating staff. Well located within Neuchatel and overlooks the marina. Plenty of open air eateries within 5 minutes walk. The room was excellent, although there are notices advising not to open the windows because of the insects- it was very interesting to see mayflies up close resting on the windows! I was on the 6th floor, the rooftop bar on the 7th floor is lively at the weekend and thus the 6th is not for light sleepers. I didn't eat here during my stay so...
