"Very poor experience. The hotel charges an excessive $100 deposit per night plus an additional $7 fee per night. The hallway ice machines/coolers were broken, dirty, and clearly not maintained. The staff at both check-in and check-out were unfriendly and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. Considering the high fees and lack of service, this hotel does not provide good value for the money. I would not stay here again."

"This hotel is terrible. Do not book, RUN. After waiting forever for someone to show up to the front desk to check me in, we get to the room that is dirty/ filthy/ disgusting. There was bottles of ranch and vegetable oil sitting out. Dirty blankets in the chair. Dirty towels hanging in the shower. Residue and bugs on the counter. Sand in the made beds. We go downstairs to request a new room and while we wait because again no one was at the desk there is another customer asking for clean towels bc...
