"Clean room"

"If it wasn’t for the excellent service and the good breakfast variety, my review would be much lower. I would like to congratulate the manager, as he has done a very good job with what is within his control, especially regarding the service. However, the owner URGENTLY needs to invest in the property. The bathtub in Room 204 was in terrible, almost dangerous condition. It was sunken in the middle, crooked, and very slippery. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to request a room change because we were very busy visiting the parks. Another thing I did not like was that the shuttle to Universal is not located at the hotel itself. Guests have to walk to the neighboring hotel, which is about a 3-minute walk away. While it is not far, this detail is not clearly advertised. Also, the return shuttle schedule at night ends earlier than the park closing times. Finally, I would like to thank the employees whose kindness and service helped make our stay pleasant, especially the maintenance person who, upon our arrival to the first room with a damaged door, immediately arranged a room change."

"We booked a garden view on East Wing but got upgraded for my wife’s birthday to a harbour view which was stunning. The whole hotel is beautiful especially the harbour area, so calm and relaxing. The Thirsty Fish bar was really good and Sals market deli had really good food and large portions."
