"I would gladly visit this hotel again, my experience was truly wonderful. I encountered no issues during my stay and absolutely loved the location. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very supportive throughout. I also have to highlight the breakfast, which was fantastic. The only minor drawback was during my early checkout at around 4:00 a.m., when there was no one at the front desk to collect the keys. Aside from that, everything was perfect."

Other customers ran and got them to call an ambulance and even put a towel and pillow under his bleeding head. No one from the staff checked on us at all.My husband is 81 years old."

"Tru is a new basic Hilton in a great location in Manchester, walkable to the main streets there on the river, across street from Cotton Restaurant, and walking distance to event centers. They also have a Common Man restaurant on the property, as well as coffee cafe for mornings. Parking was easy, safe, well-lit. Property is simple but efficient and cost-effective; we noticed families there, but was not noisy, etc."
